Materials and technologies used for a superior sleep

Flexifoam® mattresses are supplied in the form of monoblocks, or more like favorite sandwiches. The composition of these is specific to each type of mattress and affects the stiffness, orthopedic and relaxation properties of the mattress. Depending on its composition, the combination of different foam weights and perforation of the core or backing provides excellent conditions for a healthy and comfortable sleep.

Visco Foam, also known as Memory Foam, is a man-made substance that reacts to body temperature and weight, conforming to the shape of your body. This is the same foam originally developed by NASA to counteract the extreme forces faced by astronauts. Visco Foam is highly resistant to bacteria, mold, mildew, mites, and other odor causing germs, making it a great option for those with sensitivities or allergies.

Hybride mattresses combine two or more support systems, usually memory foam layers along with an innerspring system. Hybride mattresses are a great way to experience the pressure relieving benefits of memory foam while retaining the classic feel of an innerspring mattress.

Bio is a foam made from water and raw materials derived from renewable sources, such as essential oils specifically designed for a superior sleep. Natural elements are needed in order to remove stress, becoming a valuable source of energy for the body, mind and soul. Bio mattresses also has a low environmental impact because it is produced without the use of blowing agents, uncontrollable and dangerous, and because it replaces part of the synthetic products with natural products.

Coconut fibres are found in the core as an interlayer, which promotes the stability of the core (it increases the weight limit, resilience and natural firmness) while retaining outstanding orthopaedic properties of the mattress. The coconut layer is made of 100% natural fibre of the coconut palm, bonded together with a mix of natural latex.

High Resiliency (HR) foam is the highest grade of polyurethane foam and weighs 1.13kg or more per cubic foot. These foams contour to the body very well, and their cell structure allows extreme elasticity and supporting force. These foams distribute pressure across an entire surface, so they help mattresses block the transfer of movement from one sleeper to another. This is a very important mattress feature for those who share a bed with a restless partner.

A latex mattress combines latex foam with either springs or reflex foam to create a supportive and durable sleep surface. Latex in its natural form comes from the sap of a rubber tree. Because latex is a natural product, some latex mattresses are often combined with other natural fillings to create the perfect natural mattress.

X-Dura enhances elasticity, air permeability and mechanical durability. For the ultimate elastic comfort and support for the body without sweating and overheating. Extra high volume for indestructibility.

A gel foam mattress is a mattress that combines gel foam with a sprung or foam base. Gel foam is a viscoelastic foam mixed with gel beads that provide extra support and help to reduce heat build-up. Gel foam is designed to satisfy the desire for ultimate comfort.
